With my dog, all i had to do with her flea medication was get her to do a couple tricks, get her excited and happy to do them and give her a dog treat, then when she did another trick i’d make a huge deal out of it and give the pill as a reward, and she’d eat it like a treat. :)

What I do is take a spoon full of peanut butter, wipe the pill into it, then give her the peanut butter/pill combo.

My pitbull loves it, when I shake her pill bottle she comes running.

  22. kadu1669 Says:

no offense but I try not to eat too many hotdogs myself and I really wouldn’t want to give my dogs so many hotdogs every time… I usually cook a all white meat chicken breast, then i pull thin long strips, wrap it around the pill and it goes down super easy… the dog has no clue.

  23. phun1 Says:

Thanks, good tips. Is it safe to feed hot dogs to dogs? (no pun intended)
