puppy care
First let me make this perfectly clear. Remember that this is a dog. It is not a toy, it is not a doll. You can do your little dress up things with it like I am sure you will, but make sure that you excerise that dog daily, that you set rules boundries and limitations, and that you do not free feed the little guy. Keep these things in mind or I promise you, you will have all kinds of problems with him. Little dogs are more prone to have behavior problems because their owners just want to baby them. They are still DOGS. They must be treated as such. Exercise, displine then affection, and the dressing up and playing with it would be considered the affection.

Hi, be prepared to buy a good food with little or no fillers, it’ll save you messes and will keep your puppy health. Be careful with the things he chews, not the toys but the not toys, the morning after getting mine, he took out my earring and was chewing it, luckily I realized what had happened, also be careful about little coins, keep your floor clean and puppy proofed. Get him used to the blowdryer from the first day, it’s important for them to be perfectly dry, specially the ears. Good luck.

Most likely, unless you have good grooming tools, you’ll want to take him to a groomer about every 6 weeks or so. Most people who do groom their own usually show, and even at that, some breeders do hire groomers to groom their show dogs.
Don’t ever use a slicker brush on him-it was not made for a long-coated breed.
As far as care, please don’t feed Pukenuba, Iams, Pedigree, ETC. Look at the ingredients on the food labels. Pick one that has no corn or animal by-products. Some good brands include- Innova, Wellness, Nutro, Royal Canin, Canidae, Flint River Ranch, Wysong, Chicken Soup for the Dog, and Eaglepack.
SOCIALIZATION is a MUST! If you do not plan on getting him into an obedience class (which I strongly reccomend) then you need to take him to local dog parks. Little breeds can become quite snippy-with both people, and other dogs, if not properly socialized.
Don’t forget the normal puppy stuff-toys (keep cords and other things out of his reach unless you want to have to replace your satelite TV
) a collar, a leash (don’t get a flexi-lead, they encourage pulling!), a bed, a crate (if you plan to crate-train).

all u gotta do is feed it and clean up after it. but do play with it. dogs get bored too. if u want a kool dog, train it. thats wut im doing. good for training are:choke collars for training “lay down” & “come”, long ropes for a leash to train “come”, dog treats for prizes wen they do a good job, a toy for playing fetch with.
really idk wut those type of dogs do, i hav hunting dogs. u can teach it to roll over, stand on its hind legs (im doing that with my dog) walk on its hind legs…the sky’s the limit with training.

well, i don’t have this breed, but most all puppies need the same things. you should start him out on wet puppy food.it works best for young puppies until they are able to chew and digest harder food. he will also need a place to sleep. you could get a small bed fom your local pet store, but even an old pillow or a few blankets will do. you should put his bedding an a crate until he is house broken or later. to house brake him yuo can take a visit to your local pet store and buy some house training pads. he should go on this most of the time. you should still take him outside every few hours though. when he does his buisness outside give him an award, so he gets the idea that this is a good thing. you might want to keep him in one room in the house, perforably one with tile, untill he is house broken. as long as he is getting into things you should keep him in a crate when your out, just to be safe. puppies get into every thing, so make shure the room he is in is puppy proof. i would buy a gate to put up at the entrance to the room so you can keep an eye on him without staying in this room. make shure he has lots of toys or he will find other things to plat with. make shure small object, fragile objects, and cords are out of reach. spend plenty of time with him and he will be more likely to build a stronger bond with you. hope this helps.
